oh yea.. my diet.
so if you thought me dropping weight was over, its not.
im still dropping the weight. im actually lighter now than i was when i stopped that crazy diet. my trick these past several months has been cutting my meals in half. somehow, my appetite just dropped all of a sudden and ive been eating considerably less that i used to in a sitting. i've also dropped the soda and coffee and stuck with water.
progress has been slow, but steady. i just gotta get back to going to the gym routinely. that part is kinda hard. i did, however, pick up WiiFit over the weekend. got pretty lucky finding it. pretty fun stuff. i was playing the snowboard game all night last night in preparation for the season. cant wait for that! (if my other posts havent stressed that enough)

ok if i cut my meals in half, i would be starving! i need to definitely cut back on eat though.
and does the wiifit help you to carve on that game????
btw, i think ill be going up to kirkwood on the 6th if you're interested. ill be going up with some friends on a skibus
