Still losin weight... wtf?
So holiday season rite? I know I be eatin hella bad shit during this time of the year. Brownies, cookies, baked goods, thick, creamy soups, anything in the category of comfort food.
Today, I wanted to hit myself with reality and weight myself. I hopped on the WiiFit and peeped game. Keep in mind, I haven't touched the thing for 2 months. The results were surprising... at least for me...
I lost 2.5 pounds during the holiday season. Wierd, I could have sworn I gained about ten with all the junk I've been eating. I guess the breaking the meals in half thing has kept me pretty consistent. Not bad eh? May be a small loss, but its better than a significant gain.
