What would you attempt to do if you knew you wouldn't fail?

This question is hard. Initially I thought, I should put all my money on 00 at a roulette table, but that really isn't an achievement. Then I thought I should build an online marketing empire, which I would enjoy and be proud of, but would it really be as awesome as building a rocket ship for space travel? Or even designing a giant Gundam looking robot that I can use to travel and fly? Those things would definitely be awesome.

The question I'd have to ask myself is, what kind of achievement should I look for? Career-wise? Crazy awesome encyclopedia? Impossible made possible? Damn... hella hard.

Maybe I should answer this with opening my awesome Ramen shop.
